Appearance

Lancer's appearance is similar to those of Artoria, but with more mature features. Due to being a grown up version, Lancer's figure is tall and curvaceous, clad in silver and blue armor, a cloak, and a helmet carved to resemble a lion's face with mane. She tied her hair in a bun, but her hair is notably longer than her younger counterpart. In her later ascensions, she wears a gold crown and removes her armor. Unlike the soulless Goddess Rhongomyniad, Lancer's emerald eyes are full of life, having never lost her heart like the Divine Spirit.There are various opinions about her physique or body weight when Artoria is a Lancer. Having lost her growth suspension caused by the holy sword, she grew to a physical age suitable for a king. She became an existence closer to a Divine Spirit’s because she is using the Holy Lance, but given that her usage period of the lance was merely about a decade, her mental/spiritual make-up has not changed in a big way. Her body, however, has changed significantly.Due to the properties hidden within the Holy Lance, Artoria has changed/altered into an existence close to that of a Divine Spirit’s, a goddess if anything. While she has become more composed, and moreover, more rational than the Artoria of the holy sword, her human nature has not been parted with. It is regarded in the same light as the holy lance Longinus that pierced the side of Jesus Christ.----King Arthur used it in her final battle to kill Mordred. It is said that no matter the toughness of Mordred's armor, it amounted to nothing before the lance as it pierced her chest. King Arthur also used this spear against Vortigern in his Dragon form, the spiral light of the spear pierced through the heart of the crucified dragon.Its purpose isn't meant to be used as a weapon to strike down external invaders. It exists to be the planet's anchor and to ensure the World's stability. As a "pillar of light" that fasten together the two sides of the World (reality and illusions) itself, and it has been said that, in the unlikely event that this is undone, reality will be tear off from the World. Being the "king" that stood at the final moments of illusion and the Age of Gods, she possessed the holy lance that conceals such tremendous power.The activation of this spear is restricted by the "13 seals", an attribute it shares with Excalibur Proto, and at least half of the seals must be fulfilled to release the light from the Ends of Earth. Bedivere states that none of the Knights of the Round Table ever questioned the spear's nature, and so never learned of its significance or power, meaning that only King Arthur and Merlin amongst them were ever aware of what it is.Thanks to the existence of the thirteen restraints that are endowed with the same processes as the "the holy sword of the planet that saves the world", this is barely in a condition where it can take shape as a Noble Phantasm. Its original power is being limited by thirteen restraints, but nevertheless this is the pillar in the far away that shines to extol the brilliance of the planet. The activation of this spear is restricted by the "13 seals", an attribute it shares with Excalibur Proto, and at least half of the seals must be fulfilled to release the light from the Ends of the Earth. When releasing the True Name, both its Type and Rank would change. Her Mystic Code "Add" only existed as a temporary seal to stop the degradation of the weapon's Mystery in the first place. When activated, it can launch a beam of light.

Kingdom of Lione

To the east is the kingdom of lione, led by the glorious Artoria Pendragon. The beloved lion king is a kind, understanding Ruler who serves her people and protects them from the many threats beyond the walls. Behind these walls and in the territory is the essence of harmony.Lions roams the grass lands alongside their other animal brethren . Overlooking the land for any foreign and domestic invaders who dare threaten the way of life. The lion king works day and night to fight for peace and virtue, against the dastardly dragon king whom happens to be her sister.Many newcomers have joined the kingdom of lione as a safehaven. Many foreigners from beyond the stars fall within the twilight. The twilight is the boy place of peace the twin kings abide by, for the WATCHER is near.

The Sister

-APPEARANCELancer Alter possesses the same appearance as her original version, except with paler skin and hair color. She is claded in dark-indigo and black armor with draconic feature. There are various opinions about the body weight or figure of Artoria Alter when she is a Lancer. According to differing opinions, when manifesting as a Lancer, the King of Knights is said to take on a figure that differs "in portion" to what she was while alive. Whatever that is, whether because the eternally youthful body has grown "in portion" due to possessing the Holy Lance instead of the holy sword and scabbard, or because the magical power of the lance made "a portion" of the body grow.
-----PERSONALITYEven if she exchanges the holy sword for the Holy Lance, the mentality of the King of Knights and the way she ought to be does not change in a big way. She still is the same King of Knights who became a king by acquiring the sword of selection, who opposed assailing foreign enemies, monsters and occasionally even dragons, and who continued to fight to protect her homeland.However, Artoria Alter's values have somewhat changed from exchanging for the Holy Lance as her main armament. She is no doubt self-aware of herself being paranormal, of being feared by the people. King Arthur of the holy sword was a king for the nation, but King Arthur of the Holy Lance was a king that controls the nation. How things began

The last Grail WarLong ago when the world was locked in combat, all were battling countless times to obtain the holy grail. To posess such power to be able to have anything the winner truly desires had plunged the world into a millenium of war, and from the looks of it there were no signs of it stopping. Artoria Pendragon had been summoned yet again to participate in such a battle for the grail, it was all the same for her. But this time she was met with herself, her Alter to be more precise. The war was dragged on, caught between a horrible stalemate that would not falter. The grail had been revealed to both sides, and they had acted upon it. With both Artoria and her Alter grabbing onto the Holy grail, using their maximum strength to overpower the other in a fit to win, it was done. The holy grail was split in half, the ominipitent power of the grail had been unleashed, catching both Artoria and her Alter in it's holy grasp. Thus began a new world, a new beginning, and a new future.
